River Run Village
River Run Village is Keystone’s lively, walkable base area—think village atmosphere with quick access to the action. Lodging here puts you near the gondola/lifts and within easy walking distance of dining, shops, rentals, and other services (aka: maximum convenience, minimal planning).
Conference Village
The Conference Village is situated around Keystone Lake / Lakeside Village, providing easy access to NNPS.
You’ll find lodging options ranging from studios to 4-bedroom suites, close to shopping and dining, plus lake activities like boating/kayaking/walking trails, and it’s about a 5–10 minute walk to the Conference Center.

Deposit Policy:
Credit card guarantee at the time of booking.
Seven days before arrival, a non-refundable full/final balance is due.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-refundable if canceled seven days or less before the arrival date.
Cutoff Date:
Room rates are valid through and including Friday, June 19th, 2026 (or until sold out)
After Friday, June 19th, 2026 (or until sold out)
Rooms and rates are subject to availability.
Early reservations are recommended as rooms, or certain types of rooms, may sell out before Friday, June 19th, 2026 (or until sold out)
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm/Check-out time is 10:00 am
Incidentals/Damage Pre-authorization:
At check-in, your credit/debit card will be pre-authorized for up to 30% of the total room charge to secure payment for incidentals and possible damage to the accommodations. Unused funds will be released upon checkout and will be available according to your credit/debit card issuer’s processing timeframe.
Note:
Most lodging units do not have air conditioning.
Portable fans can be requested and will be provided based on availability.
