Deposit Policy:

Credit card guarantee at the time of booking.

Two days before arrival, a non-refundable full/final balance is due.

Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable if canceled two days or less before arrival date.

Cutoff Date:

Room rates are valid through and including July 1, 2024.

After July 1, 2024 rooms and rates are subject to availability.

Early reservations are recommended as rooms, or certain

types of rooms may sell out before July 1, 2024.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is 4:00 pm/Check-out time is 10:00 am

Incidentals/Damage Pre-authorization:

At check-in, your credit/debit card will be pre-authorized

for up to 30% of the total room charge to secure payment

for incidentals and possible damage to the accommodations.

Unused funds will be released upon check-out and available

according to your credit/debit card issuer’s processing timeframe.
